Licence
For the free demo and the full game. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who it is between
This licence is between you and Dimitar Kostov, who makes and sells Cue Republic ("the game"). It covers the free demo downloaded from this site and the full game bought on Steam. Installing or playing either means you accept it.
What you may do
You may install the game on your own computers and play it for your own enjoyment. You may make videos, streams and screenshots of it and share them, and earn money from them on video and streaming services, as long as you do not suggest that they are made or endorsed by Cue Republic.
What you may not do
You may not sell, rent or pass on copies of the game; copy or share the full game without buying it; or take apart, change or copy its code, art or sound except as the law allows you to whatever this licence says. Online, you may not cheat, interfere with other players' games or the services, or use the game to harass anyone.
The demo
The demo is free to download, keep and share as the unchanged file from this site. It is a taste of the full game, and its saves do not carry over to it.
Buying the game
The full game is sold only on Steam, which takes the payment and handles refunds under Steam's own refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, are not affected by anything here.
Online services
The account service, the daily board and online play are offered as they are, and may change, be interrupted or, with fair notice, end. A player who cheats or abuses others may be blocked from them.
Who owns it
The game, its name, code, art, sound and music belong to Dimitar Kostov or to those who licensed them to him. Only the rights set out here are given to you.
Warranty and liability
The game is made with care, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will run on every computer or be free of faults, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or for rights you have as a consumer.
Your information
How the game handles personal information is set out in the privacy policy.
Ending the licence
You can end this licence at any time by deleting the game. It ends by itself if you break it, and you must then delete the game.
Law and disputes
This licence is governed by the law of South Africa. Before going anywhere else, write to support@cuerepublic.com and we will try to settle it. If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
